1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized puppets are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
